We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of placement. Orders are processed on weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that during periods of high demand, such as sales or special promotions, dispatch times may be extended. In these cases, orders may take 4-5 business days to be shipped. We appreciate your understanding during these times of increased volume.

We always aim to macerate every batch so the scent is smooth, balanced, and long-lasting. But here’s the thing: some fragrances (especially our most popular ones) sell through so quickly that they don’t always get much time to sit on the shelf.

During high-volume restocks or launches, this means a few bottles may ship a little fresher. Don’t worry - they’ll still smell great from day one, and will only settle and bloom even more over the next few weeks.

If your fragrance smells a touch "alcoholy" at first, let it rest, that’s just the maceration process finishing in your hands.

To really ensure you get best performance, we recommend sitting your fragrances in a cool, dark space for 30 days from date of purchase.

It’s important to note that replicating a perfume with absolute accuracy is not possible, especially when around 20% of a formula may rely on captive molecules that are unavailable to us.

Our creations are interpretations, made with our own carefully chosen ingredients and expertise, and while we strive to make them as accurate as possible using GC-MS analysis, there are natural limitations to the method as well as variations in mixing techniques and materials.

For this reason, we label our fragrances as “inspirations” rather than exact clones or replicas. SCENTSTOP is an independent brand with no affiliation or endorsement from the designer or niche fragrance houses we reference; our scents are inspired by popular perfumes but are uniquely recreated with our own high-quality ingredients and craftsmanship.
