SCENTSTOP Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
If you return your entire order, and that order originally shipped for free, a $14.95 deduction will be applied to cover the outbound shipping cost.
This deduction does not apply to single item returns.
You are responsible for the cost of sending any returned items back to our nominated return address.
Returned items must be in good condition. Heavy use, damage, or excessive wear may result in the return being declined.
Refunds are processed 7–14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us within 30 days. We’ll organise a return or replacement at no cost to you. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
To request any return, email admin@scentstop.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo where possible. We’ll assess the case and provide return instructions.
Damages and Issues on Arrival
Check your order upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Refunds
Once approved and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 days.
If more than 15 business days pass after approval and your refund hasn’t been received, contact us at admin@scentstop.com.au.
Adjustments for Bundles, Discounts & Partial Returns
Refunds or credits are adjusted so that any items you keep are charged at their standard retail price, not the discounted bundle price.
Example:
A 4-item bundle costs $150 ($37.50 per item under the bundle discount).
If you return 2 items and keep 2, the kept items are charged at $50 each.
Your refund = $150 – ($50 x 2) = $50.
Bundle pricing only applies when the entire bundle is kept.
Initial postage costs are not refundable on returns that receive store credit unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
