Shipping, Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every part of your Scentstop experience – from placing your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship and what to do if something’s not quite right.
Shipping Info
All Scentstop orders are lovingly packed and shipped from the Gold Coast, QLD. We use Australia Post for all deliveries, and orders are dispatched every business day.
Because our products are flammable (thanks to all those beautiful fragrance oils and alcohol!), we’re unable to send via express post – but standard shipping generally takes 3–8 business days from the date your order is shipped.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. To track your parcel, simply click the link in your email or visit the Australia Post tracking page.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Change of Mind / Not 100% Happy
If you are not 100% happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A $14.95 deduction will be applied to cover the shipping costs IF you received free shipping. You will also be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our mailing address.
To qualify for a refund, items must be in good condition and must not be heavily used. If a product shows significant use, damage, or wear, we reserve the right to reject your refund request.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something’s not quite right, whether it arrived faulty or it’s not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We’ll arrange a return or exchange for a replacement at no cost to you. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible.

- Your Order Number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo OR video of the item demonstrating minimal use.
We’ll review your case and provide return instructions.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything looks damaged, defective, or incorrect, get in touch right away at admin@scentstop.com.au so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 days.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at admin@scentstop.com.au so we can follow up for you.
